This ground-up project consisted of a 431,000 SF precast building for a corrugator manufacturer. The main office is a 2-story, 15,000 SF office space. Lauderdale Electric was hired directly from the owner to install all of the power to their equipment, including a 2,000-amp corrugator. Lauderdale Electric performed all electrical work consisting of: (3) 3,000A services, backup generator, design/build engineering, power and lighting, voice/data cabling, and fire alarm.
