This ground-up project is a 5 story office speculative building including retail spaces on the first floor and a rooftop deck. This was a post-tension concrete building with all the overhead electrical conduit roughed-in in the decks. Lauderdale Electric performed all electrical work consisting of: 2,500A service, 80KW generator, BIM coordination, power and lighting, voice/data cabling, security systems, and fire alarm.
