This ground-up project consisted of a 250,000 SF precast building for Reyes Holdings distribution. The main office is a 2-story, 15,000 SF office space. Lauderdale Electric performed all electrical work consisting of: 4,000A service, 100KW backup generator, design/build engineering, power and lighting, EV chargers, all site work, and fire alarm.
