This ground-up project consisted of 112,000 SF distribution warehouse for Amazon, with a single story office. The project consisted of a 2,000A service for the building, generator tap box, and a 15KV service for future car charging throughout the site. The site work contained 150 future car charging locations with over 100,000 lineal feet of PVC.
