This ground-up project is a 15-story office speculative building. The first floor has a built-out lobby and future retail space, parking garages from floors 2-5, office spaces floors 6-14, and a built-out 15^th floor with a terrace. This was a poured in place, post-tension building, all overhead conduit was roughed in the floors. Lauderdale Electric performed all electrical work consisting of 4,000A service, 125KW backup generator, BIM coordination, 2,500A vertical bus duct, power and lighting, EV chargers, voice/data cabling, and fire alarm.
