This ground-up project is a 7-story, 120,000 SF building consisting of 99 residential units, and 2 floors of parking. The building also has a rooftop terrace, fitness room, amenity areas, and bike storage. Lauderdale Electric performed the following: power distribution, lighting, lighting control, voice/data, and dire alarm.
