This project was a rehab addition to the existing Smith Crossing facility in Orland Park, IL. The 45,000 SF expansion added 46 more skilled nursing/rehab beds. Along with the additional units, this expansion added rehab rooms, lobby area, offices, and a commercial kitchen space. Lauderdale Electric performed the following: power and lighting, lighting control, generator backup, nurse call systems, security systems, site lighting, and fire alarm.
