This ground-up project is a 18-story 110,000 SF apartment building consisting of 80 residential units and 3 floors of parking. This building also has a rooftop terrace, fitness room, amenity areas, and bike storage. Lauderdale Electric provided design/build engineering, BIM coordination, power distribution with vertical bus duct, CCTV & card access, voice/data cabling, and all power and lighting.
