This ground-up project is a single story 20,000 SF senior living building consisting of 20 residential units. This building also has amenity spaces, a salon, commercial kitchen, and nurse’s stations. Lauderdale Electric provided site work, fire alarm, CCTV & card access, voice/data cabling, and all power and lighting.
