This ground-up project consisted of a 100,000 SF warehouse and a 2-story office. This project also had a very large 18-acre site for truck parking, which included 90 site poles. This facility is used for shipping and receiving for Dayton Freight and included 109 dock doors. Lauderdale Electric performed all power and lighting, fire alarm, and site work.
